Redwood Empire Fair
Redwood Empire Fair is located in the city of Ukiah which is in Mendocino County. Mendocino County’s earliest settlers were the Pomoan people. The Pomoan culture can be viewed in local museums. The area is host to many wineries, breweries, and museums. The Redwood Empire Fair is held the 2nd weekend in August which holds plenty of family fun. Year round activities at the fairgrounds include auto races (April – October), public dances, and concerts. The fairground also has a driving range on grounds.
